Your responsibilities include:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Work closely with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution alignment.
Develop process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support agile delivery.
Participate in scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT.
Conduct impact assessments for system changes and integrations.
Assist in defining data requirements, mapping, and reporting needs.
Ensure all deliverables comply with governance, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong technical orientation.
Proven ability to work on enterprise-scale applications (ERP, CRM, or custom software).
Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies (writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
Solid experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with SQL for basic data analysis.
Previous exposure to financial, security, or enterprise IT environments.
