About the role

We are looking for a tech-savvy builder who is obsessed with efficiency to join our team. This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of technology and business operations. You won’t just be following instructions, you will be a creative problem solver who looks at repetitive tasks across our Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams and says, “I can build a solution for that.”.

In this role, you will be supporting our internal teams by designing and deploying AI agents, API integrations, and automated workflows that remove friction and help our teams work smarter. This is a high-growth opportunity for an ambitious self-starter to get hands-on experience building the future of work.

What you will do

  • Translate Business Needs: Bridge the gap between technical possibilities and business goals. You will translate complex workflows into streamlined technical solutions.

  • Build & Automate: Design and implement internal tools, automations, and AI agents using a mix of low-code tools ( Zapier) and scripting (Python/JS).

  • Master API Integrations: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot API connections between our internal software stack. You will ensure our systems “talk” to each other efficiently (e.g., syncing CRM data with AI tools).

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Shadow our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify bottlenecks, pain points, and opportunities for automation.

  • Maximize Existing Resources: Creatively leverage and stretch our current tech stack to build solutions. You will need to be scrappy and lean, finding innovative ways to apply AI and automation within our existing tool stack without relying on additional budget or new software purchases.

  • Iterate & Improve: Launch tools quickly, gather user feedback from internal stakeholders, and continuously refine your solutions based on real-world usage.

Requirements

  • Business-Focused, Value-Driven Builder: You’re genuinely focused on how the business works (what drives sales, makes marketing effective, and enables customer success), and you apply your skills to deliver measurable value across those functions (e.g., hours saved, efficiency gained, improved campaign performance, and stronger sales/customer outcomes).

  • Problem Solving & Grit: You are a fearless learner who is willing to Google, read docs, and troubleshoot until you find a solution. You don’t give up when an automation breaks.

  • A “Tinkerer” Mindset: You love exploring new tech. You have likely built Discord bots, automated personal tasks, or experimented extensively with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) and prompt engineering.

  • Technical Aptitude (APIs): You understand the fundamentals of how APIs work (REST, Webhooks, JSON) and are comfortable reading documentation to connect different systems.

  • Empathy & Communication: You are a listener. You can sit with non-technical team members, understand their frustrations, and explain technical solutions in simple terms.
