Job Description
Our client is an international group founded in Lithuania, operating across the Baltic region and beyond. They are looking for a Public Procurement Specialist to support operations. The successful candidate will join a professional team, contributing to the company’s procurement processes, analyzing public tenders, and preparing proposals and claims.
Responsibilities
Analyzing public procurement opportunities, preparing inquiries, and drafting claims when necessary;
Preparing and submitting proposals for public procurements via relevant platforms;
Organizing and planning internal and external meetings related to public procurement;
Actively communicating with contracting authorities conducting market consultations or publishing procurement plans;
Analyzing completed public procurements and providing recommendations for expanding the company’s product/service portfolio.
At least 2 years of experience in public procurement;
Experience in drafting claims (advantage);
Knowledge of state legislation related to public procurement and contract law (advantage);
Strong written communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly;
Ability to independently plan and organize work;
Experience with public procurement platforms CPO and others;
Proficiency with basic tools (Excel, etc.);
Responsibility, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and develop professionally.
