We started in Munich in 2002 as an HR management consulting agency and service provider. Today, we have offices in Munich, Vilnius, and Tallinn. We offer flexible HR services and consulting, tailoring our approach to clients of all sizes, from startups to large corporations.
Our services cover operational and consulting support in HR areas like recruiting, administration, and learning & development. We also provide HR interim management. Our team specializes in HR projects, HR operations, active sourcing, and various outsourcing solutions (RPO, BPO), as well as Scrum, HR transformation, and digital HR.
We’ve worked with over 500 HR customers. Our more than 100 HR Experts dedicate over 250,000 hours annually to our clients. We also have a public sector team that develops product strategies and leads multidisciplinary teams for IT initiatives, such as transforming Lithuania’s education system.
