Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to a set of assigned applications and assist in online form filing, opening, and funding.
  • Coordinate integration project for new B2B clients across multiple internal teams, including legal, operations, technology, and client services.
  • Conduct onboarding demo sessions for clients once their account is opened and walk them through our platform and features.
  • Regularly go through training regarding new features and updates on our trading system.
  • Conduct periodic competitive research and market analysis on the financial and brokerage industry in India.
  • Develop knowledge in terms of regulations and compliance for Indians trading internationally
  • Assist me by preparing proposals and presentations for large institutional clients.
  • Participate in client meetings/ seminars, both online and offline.
  • Provide weekly reports to me regarding the tasks done throughout the week.
  • Regularly follow up with existing clients to grow AUM and revenue. Try to get new business opportunities amongst HNIs, advisors, family offices, prop firms, and more.
  • Coordinate with the pro serve and general support desk with any client escalations regarding unresolved tickets

Eligibility Criteria

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in finance preferred
  • Knowledge regarding financial markets and asset classes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities to understand market dynamics and client needs.
  • Proficiency in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel
