We are currently looking for a Digital Content Creator to join the Ignitis Latvia Product team. The energy field is an exciting and dynamic sector, full of opportunities for ambitious professionals to innovate and make a meaningful impact. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Producing, editing, and publishing high-quality visual and text-based content for web, app, and other digital channels
- Developing and executing a content calendar for all platforms
- Collaborating with marketing and design teams, as well as social media and PR agencies, for successful campaign execution and brand activities
- Measuring performance using analytics tools to adjust the content strategy and optimize engagement
- Ensuring brand identity and style consistency across all written and visual communication materials in all digital channels
- Regularly testing new content formats and adapting to the changing energy market environment
Qualifications
- Higher education in Marketing, Communications, Audiovisual/Media Arts, or a related discipline (final-year students are welcome to apply too)
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation for business, experience in social media or a creative agency will be considered an advantage
- Strong skills in high-quality digital content creation and management across various digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, and social networks
- Strong video editing (CapCut, Premiere) and graphic design (Canva, Adobe) skills
- Proficiency working with AI tools on content and images
- Excellent Latvian writing skills with a proven ability to adapt brand tone of voice for both long-form blog posts and short-copy formats
- Ability to stay ahead of digital trends, experience with meta-ads/analytics, and a “can-do” creative mindset
- Fluency in Latvian and English - as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners
