Job Description
We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our Talent Acquisition team. Aim of this role is to support business growth by attracting and recruiting top talents across Baltics and Poland on a strategic level. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!
You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Guiding and supporting Hiring Managers in the field of talent acquisition, handling the full recruitment cycle for IT roles
- Applying strategic IT recruitment techniques from sourcing to candidate assessment, ensuring alignment with specific technical requirements
- Analyzing the IT job market, staying updated with the latest tech talent trends, sourcing strategies, and innovative recruitment methods tailored for the IT industry
- Driving extra talent acquisition projects besides recruitment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT talent acquisition within a large-scale environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills
- Tech-savvy with a passion for data and recruitment metrics
- Strong sense of ownership and people-oriented mindset with willingness to create the best candidate and hiring manager experience
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages
