Since 2015, we’ve provided AI-enabled diagnostic imaging solutions and services to independent practices, hospitals, and health systems. Our goal is to make high-quality diagnostic care accessible by giving healthcare providers an end-to-end, AI-enabled diagnostic imaging platform.

We offer several solutions. Our In-Clinic Imaging provides permanent, in-office equipment and programs for modalities like mammography, fundoscopy, and X-ray. Our AI-Enabled Interpretations use U.S.-based, sub-specialized clinicians who work with FDA-cleared AI algorithms to improve accuracy and timeliness. We also provide Advanced Imaging Analytics (RadGap) for AI-enabled image and report analytics. This helps payers, providers, and other risk-bearing entities close care gaps.

Our services include ²⁴⁄₇ high-quality teleradiology and support. Our board-certified radiologists interpret various imaging studies like X-ray, ultrasound, MRI, and CT remotely, using AI-powered tools within a PACS environment. We operate in 23 states and our radiologists are licensed in all 50 states. We serve 3.5 million patients through our partner practices and employ over 95 board-certified specialists and sub-specialists. Clinical research on our Chest-CAD system shows a 73% reduction in life-threatening clinical misses. We’ve also seen a 100% increase in appropriate chronic disease identification among our customers. We have a 97% all-time customer retention rate, and 95% of physicians recommend our services.

We offer a range of employee benefits and perks. This includes 100% employee-only and 70% dependent medical coverage (a PPO plan with a $0 deductible), plus 75% employee-only and 50% dependent dental and vision coverage. For medical professionals, benefits include malpractice coverage, internal licensing support and reimbursement, a CME allowance, and a full workstation from us. Additional incentives can include potential bonuses (like starting and retention bonuses up to $100,000) and eligibility for equity. Compensation models can be flexible; total earning potential for some roles ranges from $450,000 to $950,000 annually, including base salary and productivity incentives.
