Passionate about pricing, monetization and business development? Scout24 is seeking a (Senior) Inhouse Consultant to define and drive monetization strategies across our diverse businesses. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, designing and optimizing monetization approaches that drive real impact through a blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and hands-on execution.

How your role will look like:

  • Act as a consultantto the business, being a trusted expert on the overall topic of pricing & monetization. As a member of senior steering groups, you will be providing strategic guidance and insights to senior leaders, including C-level executives and VPs.
  • Contribute to product strategy and design, ensuring alignment with the company’s monetization goals and revenue objectives.
  • Create innovative pricing structures for products and services by applying best-in-class analytical methods.
  • Proactively evaluate, optimize, and expand current revenue models and pricing structures to support business KPIs and ensure sustainable business development.
  • Own and execute monetization projects hands-on across the full lifecycle—from initial idea and concept development through implementation support to go-to-market—in close collaboration with all necessary stakeholders.
  • Manage day-to-day pricing operations, including price updates, pipeline adaptations, and CRM process implementation in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
  • Stay curious and up to date with the national and international competitive environment, deriving and implementing corresponding strategies.

What you need to succeed:

  • Strategic & Commercial Mindset – Ability to connect monetization strategy with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Proven Impact – Experience in strategic pricing, consulting, business development or a similar field, with a track record of driving meaningful business outcomes.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Strong ability to work with data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management – Experience managing complex projects and collaborating across multiple teams and disciplines.
  • Operational Execution – Willingness to handle hands-on operational work alongside strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with Analytical Tooling – Solid knowledge of key analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel, MicroStrategy, Tableau) to support data-driven pricing decisions.
  • Communication & Influence – Ability to present complex monetization concepts to senior leaders and stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
  • Curiosity & Continuous Learning – A proactive mindset with a desire to explore, experiment, and refine monetization approaches
