About the role

The Commercial Operations Manager serves as the central coordinator for operational and administrative projects across the CPG and Retail verticals at Eversight. This role is essential in maintaining efficient workflows and providing comprehensive support that enables our commercial teams to focus on landing, maintaining, and expanding customers. The Commercial Operations Manager will support the team’s daily operations and the projects that keep the engine running. You help the team do their best work.

About the job

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, CS, Legal, Marketing, Product, and Product Operations.

  • Lead commercial projects end-to-end that enhance our sales process and customer engagement.

  • Coordinate calendar management across teams to optimize scheduling and meeting efficiency

  • Coordinate operational logistics including travel planning, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder communications to support effective leadership activities

  • Maintain our contract management software (Ironclad), serving as the primary liaison between the Commercial team and the Legal team

  • Day-to-day support of all Account Executives working on drafting and executing legal documents

  • Manage rebate redemption operations that support promotional experimentation, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver seamless rebate processes

  • Lead data compilation and materials preparation for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, ensuring comprehensive executive reporting

  • Oversee strategic briefing preparation for industry conferences, managing document development and stakeholder coordination, ensuring leaders are well-prepared for key engagements

  • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams to troubleshoot billing exceptions and handle escalated financial matters

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales/CS enablement or operations
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects end-to-end with measurable outcomes
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience building and optimizing processes that enhance team effectiveness
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), CSPs (Planhat, Gainsight), and Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Grocery Retail and CPG industries
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve work quality
  • Experience building solutions with low-code/no-code workflow and automation tools to streamline operations and eliminate manual processes
