We are a biopharmaceutical company founded in 2012. We develop novel therapies for central nervous system (CNS) conditions with limited treatment options. We advance both internally developed and in-licensed drug candidates with new mechanisms of action through development and commercialization.

Our pipeline includes treatments like AXS-05, AXS-12, and AXS-14. AXS-14 is currently in a Phase 3 trial for fibromyalgia, and AXS-05 has received FDA Priority Review for Alzheimer’s disease agitation. We also offer Auvelity™ (dextromethorphan HBr and bupropion HCl) extended-release tablets and SUNOSI (solriamfetol). Our work addresses various CNS conditions, including depression, Alzheimer’s disease agitation, migraine, narcolepsy, fibromyalgia, pain, smoking cessation, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Many of our roles require working at our New York City headquarters at least three days a week. Some positions, such as Digital Specialty Account Managers, are fully remote within specific time zones (e.g., Eastern Time Zone). We emphasize collaboration across all corporate functions, partnering with teams like Commercial Operations, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, Legal, and Clinical Operations. Our full-time temporary internships typically run from June to August and also require working at our NYC headquarters at least three days a week.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including annual bonus eligibility, significant equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Salary ranges for specific roles might be provided, for example, $120,000 - $135,000.
