THE ROLE:

The Architect works directly with assigned clients to align their technology strategy and capabilities with business outcomes, serving as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise ServiceNow programs. Core responsibilities include defining platform architecture and governance, designing workflow and operating model improvements, producing architectural artifacts and models, and recommending enhancements to the processes and capabilities enabled by ServiceNow.

This role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills to help clients define the right technical strategy and execute a pragmatic roadmap, covering platform standards, integrations, and data/service models to translate vision into measurable results.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL HERE YOU WILL:

  • Own platform architecture, governance, and development standards; evolve the enterprise platform roadmap aligned to business, application, integration, security, and data architecture.
  • Design enterprise integrations using API-led and event-driven patterns.
  • Lead multi-module implementations and cross-functional solution design.
  • Architect ServiceNow capabilities for one or more of the following: ITSM/CMDB-CSDM, HRSD, SPM, Discovery & Service Mapping, Virtual Agent, SIR, GRC/IRM, and SAM/HAM.
  • Define target-state architectures, automation strategies, and data/service models that improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Establish reporting/KPI frameworks and executive dashboards to measure outcomes and value realization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT (or related) with 1+ year relevant experience OR 5+ years relevant experience.
  • 5+ years consulting experience delivering in-depth analysis and technology transformation outcomes.
  • 5+ years delivering solutions on enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce).
  • 4+ years leading technical teams and delivering moderate-to-high complexity programs/projects.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture and governance frameworks (e.g., TOGAF/Zachman; ITIL/COBIT/Agile/PMI) with strong modeling/documentation skills.
  • Experience architecting and delivering enterprise, multi-module ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/CMDB-CSDM, HRSD, SPM, Discovery/Service Mapping, Virtual Agent, GRC/IRM, SIR, SAM/HAM).
  • Experience designing enterprise integrations (API-led and event-driven patterns) and secure data models across complex systems.
  • Experience owning or significantly contributing to platform governance and implementations across two or more organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; trusted advisor, collaborative team builder, humble and transparent communicator.
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation + additional ITIL; ServiceNow CIS Data Foundation (CMDB/CSDM) + one or more CIS (e.g., ITSM/ITAM/HRSD); CTA/CSA/CAD and/or Architecture Excellence Accreditation and Implementation Badge.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position is primarily sedentary and requires the ability to maintain focus on computer screens for extended periods. Frequent interaction with team members is necessary to clearly articulate ideas and information. The role involves extensive reading, transcribing, and repetitive hand and wrist motions related to typing and/or using a mouse. WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work is primarily performed in a remote setting with occasional travel for on-site client meetings or company training sessions. A dedicated workspace with reliable internet access, the ability to collaborate using digital communication tools (e.g. Teams chat and video calling), and the capacity to manage tasks independently is required.
