We simplify employee onboarding and offboarding by handling equipment procurement, setup, storage, and logistics. We also advise on cybersecurity and compliance to reduce risk. Our IT support is available through platforms like Slack, Teams, and Zoom, and we maintain IT asset warehouses in San Diego and Nashville.

We support over 10,000 startup team members daily, with an average ticket response time of 15 minutes and a 72% first touch resolution rate. We also report that our clients potentially avoid $209 million in breach costs.
