Job Description
Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software development, distributed professional teams, software quality assessments, and all-things-digital solutions, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Junior+ Recruiter to join our growing global team.
In this role, you will be involved in the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical (IT) and non-technical positions — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles
Post job openings and actively source candidates
Conduct initial interviews and screenings
Coordinate with hiring managers and provide candidate recommendations
Manage interview stages, feedback, and offer processes
Contribute to improving recruitment processes and tools
6+ months of experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, or internship)
Interest in recruiting for a variety of roles (technical and non-technical)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
English level: Intermediate or higher (both spoken and written)
Self-driven, organized, and eager to grow
Willingness to take full ownership of the recruitment cycle
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Djinni or other sourcing tools
- Experience using ATS/CRM systems
- Prior work with Junior to Mid-level positions
