About The Role
We are looking for a Network Automation Engineer (Cloud) to join our Network Automation Engineering team within the Network Discovery Guild.
This role focuses on public cloud discovery - working with cloud APIs, building and maintaining cloud labs, and translating cloud networking concepts into IP Fabric’s internal model.
It is ideal for a network engineer who wants to deepen cloud expertise and grow as a software developer.
What You’ll Do
- Work with public cloud APIs (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle)
- Implement and improve cloud discovery logic
- Translate cloud networking concepts into IP Fabric’s internal model
- Build and maintain cloud lab environments
- Debug and resolve cloud discovery-related issues
- Collaborate with backend engineers and Product
- Improve code structure and maintainability over time
What You’ll Need
- CCNA-level networking knowledge (CCNP preferred)
- Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider
- Experience working with cloud APIs
- Basic professional programming experience (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred, Python acceptable)
- Fluent English
- CET timezone availability
- Willingness to grow as a developer and improve coding practices
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with multiple cloud providers
- Understanding of IAM, authentication, and cloud networking models
- Exposure to backend development practices
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools productively
- Familiarity with version control and CI/CD concepts
