Kentro, formerly IT Concepts, Inc., provides digital solutions to modernize federal agencies and improve their operations. Founded in 2003, we renamed ourselves Kentro to emphasize our focus on core IT needs.
Our services include Data and AI, Infrastructure/Application Modernization, Human Capital, Cybersecurity, and Health. We offer IT infrastructure and application modernization, AI/ML data management solutions, HR digital transformation using technology, automation, and analytics, and cybersecurity guidance. We also provide custom solutions for federal health agencies.
We work with various federal agencies to accelerate their modernization efforts. In 2025, we were awarded a 5-year, $665M contract to support the Department of Veterans Affairs’ Office of Information & Technology End User Services division for Endpoint Support and Operations Monitoring. This expands our long-term work with the VA.
