Job Description

We’re a leading Investor Services group offering end-to-end services in administration, accounting, reporting, regulatory and compliance needs of the investment sector worldwide.

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Officer to join our Funds & Institutional team in Jersey. In this role, you’ll support the administration of institutional client portfolios, deliver high-quality service, and contribute to a growing international client base. Occasional travel to other IQ-EQ offices or client sites may be required

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll lead by example, embodying our Group Values while delivering exceptional client service and driving operational efficiency across your portfolio
  • You’ll support and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow while overseeing their work to ensure quality and compliance
  • You’ll take ownership of client relationships, attending meetings, managing correspondence, and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • You’ll stay sharp by maintaining your technical knowledge, understanding fund structures, relevant laws, and taxation principles across jurisdictions
  • You’ll collaborate across teams, deputise for managers when needed, and act as an authorised signatory - ensuring tasks are completed accurately, securely, and on time.

Qualifications

  • You bring at least 5 years of fund administration experience, backed by a relevant professional qualification (like ICSA) and active CPD.
  • You have strong knowledge of Jersey’s finance industry and a solid grasp of fund services business duties and regulations.
  • You’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • You’re confident using Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) and apply strong analytical and numerical skills to deliver high-quality work.
