isolutions AG was founded in 1999 in Unterseen, Switzerland, by Pascal Grossniklaus, Benjamin Regez, and Josua Regez. We are a Microsoft partner in Switzerland, helping companies with digital transformation by integrating Microsoft services to improve employee and customer experiences.

We provide IT services and consulting using Microsoft technologies like Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Power Platform. Our services include IT strategy consulting, customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise content management (ECM), business application platforms (xRM), collaboration and content, cybersecurity, modern work, SaaS, workplace solutions, customer experience, employee experience, change management, and cloud services.

We offer enterprise cloud IT (strategy, implementation, and operations), cyber attack protection, solutions to boost employee productivity and satisfaction, tools to respond to customer needs, business solutions for applications, data, and AI, and digital workplace solutions (Workplace as a Service).

Our work involves technologies such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, Azure Storage (Data Lake), SQL Server, Python, SQL, Power BI, C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure Service Bus, and Logic Apps.

We have worked with clients like BOBST (Cloud and Microsoft 365 transformation), V-ZUG (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development), the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) (SharePoint and Dynamics 365), Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) (Microsoft Cloud workplace migration and leadership coaching), the Swiss Federal Office of Information Technology and Systems (.NET custom development), Swissgrid (M365 consulting), Zurich University of Applied Sciences (Microsoft Dynamics 365 operations), and Domestic Services (federal government support).
