We are hiring a Pre-Enrolment Data Administrator to support a U.S.-based dental healthcare enrolment and marketing team. This role is highly data-focused and best suited to someone who thrives in structured administrative work, enjoys working with spreadsheets and systems, and takes pride in accuracy.
This is not a call-heavy or client-facing position. The primary responsibility is to prepare, review, and organise dental facility and patient eligibility data so that enrolment and marketing representatives can accurately enroll eligible individuals within dental practices and facilities.
PLEASE NOTE
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST(4:00 PM – 01:00 AM South African Time). These working hours are subject to change depending on daylight savings and/or the operational requirements of the company.
- Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role.
- You will be required to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).
- Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered.
- Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately capture, review, and organise dental facility and enrolment-related data received from internal teams
Convert large volumes of raw information into structured, easy-to-use data formats for enrolment and marketing activities
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and data sets used for eligibility review and enrolment tracking
Compile enrolment-related documentation into clear, well-organised information packs for internal stakeholders
Update internal systems to ensure enrolment records, supporting documents, and contact details are accurate and up to date
Ensure all required data is complete, consistent, and correctly recorded prior to handover for enrolment outreach
Manage multiple dental facilities and data sets simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy
Identify, flag, and report discrepancies, missing information, or data quality issues
Adhere strictly to data quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards
Strong administrative and data-entry skills
Exceptional attention to detail (accuracy is critical in healthcare-related data)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and online portals
Ability to manage repetitive tasks without losing focus or accuracy
Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar
Experience in dental administration, healthcare enrolment, medical billing, or compliance environments is advantageous but not essential
