We work closely as a team, with strategists defining the direction and our media buyers executing at a high level behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist.
We’re looking for someone senior and hands-on who can build and scale Google campaigns with confidence, while collaborating closely with strategists behind the scenes. You’ll be the execution engine that allows us to scale our lead generation efforts without creating bottlenecks.
You’ll take defined strategies and turn them into high-performing campaigns across multiple accounts, spotting trends, optimising performance, and supporting our growth through consistent, high-quality execution.
In this role, you will:
🔥 Build and launch Google Ads campaigns for lead generation clients
📊 Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across 15–20 accounts
🚀 Scale winning campaigns and suggest pullbacks where needed
📈 Monitor performance trends and proactively surface insights
🧩 Collaborate with strategists to execute defined audience, budget, and keyword plans
📝 Improve and support reporting processes
This is a full-time role.
You’ll report to Andrew Klobucar, VP of Client Services. Andrew works closely with the strategy team and is focused on helping clients grow through smart execution. Over time, this role may report into the Head of Lead Generation as the team expands.
To excel in this role, you need:
✅ Proven ability to build and scale Google Ads campaigns
✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media (Google required)
✅ Strong data analysis and reporting skills
✅ Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
✅ Experience with local service ads and national campaigns
Brownie points for:
⭐ Experience with LinkedIn Ads
⭐ Experience with Meta Ads
You’re execution-focused, fast, and reliable. You understand what “good” performance looks like and don’t wait to be told when something’s off.
You’re comfortable working behind the scenes, collaborating with strategists, and taking ownership of your accounts.
You bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the team.
