About your role

The Investor Services group is an exciting and fast growing team at Juniper Square that is responsible for delivering administration services. We are seeking an experienced Investor Services Manager to act as a trusted partner to our venture capital, real estate and buyout private equity customers and their investors. This will involve handling a broad suite of Treasury and Services activities including distribution/redemption payments, contribution reconciliation, LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), investor reporting, investor communications, K-1 delivery and more

You will grow your project management, communication and process improvement skills while delivering positive outcomes for clients. We are looking for someone who is eager to directly impact our customers’ day-to-day operations and who is excited about the opportunity to scale our team’s operations in India as we reach our next phase of growth.

What you’ll do

  • ​​Use Juniper Square software to support our investor services customers

  • Manage treasury related activities such as logging incoming LP contributions and initiating outgoing payments

  • Perform AML activities including GP onboarding, LP onboarding and Source of Funds checks

  • Conduct KYC / Watchlist monitoring checks on individuals and entities; investigate and resolve any issues

  • Perform workspace management tasks on behalf of our clients, including creating new contacts and positions and bulk uploading new client data

  • Disseminate K-1 documents and other client reports through the Juniper Square software

  • Monitor customer health and provide feedback to internal teams

  • Identify and flag areas of improvement in our processes and procedures

  • Build knowledge of our evolving software, the fund administration industry and private capital markets

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years experience in fund administration or investor services related roles

  • Experience with standard services activities including treasury, LP onboarding, compliance (KYC/AML), investor reporting, investor communications, K-1 delivery and other ancillary activities

  • High level of integrity and desire to consistently do the right thing for our customers and for the business

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to be a self-starter: you identify problems and take ownership of finding and implementing solutions

  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change; ability to handle multiple projects at once while staying close to the details

  • You see opportunity in ambiguity; this is the right role for you if you have a vision for building something new and big!

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication abilities
