WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Consultant – Project Manager specializing in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM), you will use your scrum master skills to drive execution and delivery of IAM related projects. This is an opportunity to work within a structured PMO environment while supporting enterprise projects in a hybrid role that spans scrum master responsibilities and traditional project manager functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex, multi-workstream cybersecurity and IAM projects with enterprise-wide impact
Own CIAM workstreams
Provide project status reporting and budget tracking.
Manage RAID logs.
Build executive-level reporting materials.
Clearly articulate project risk, trade-offs, funding needs, and timeline impacts to senior leadership.
Drive cross-functional alignment across security, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams.
Drive execution and delivery across all projects.
Support IAM and security-related platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader cybersecurity strategy

YOUR EXPERIENCE:
3+ years of experience leading complex enterprise projects, including multi-workstream initiatives with executive visibility
Experience operating within a formal PMO structure, reporting into senior leadership, and adhering to enterprise governance standards
Proven ability to develop and present to leadership.
Strong experience communicating project risk, defending timelines, and navigating funding discussions under pressure.
Experience in cybersecurity, IAM, or security-adjacent platform environments.
Working knowledge of Identity & Access Management concepts (e.g., provisioning, authentication, governance, PAM, SSO, MFA).
History of budget oversight, project tracking, and RAID log management.
Ability to sequence complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive accountability across technical and business teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
Experience in a financial institution is a bonus!
WHAT WE OFFER:
- The annual salary range for this role is $100,000-$130,000.
