What you’ll be doing
Lead the execution of the local brand strategy to deliver sales and profit growth
Take full P&L responsibility and manage the marketing mix to ensure profitability
Act as the voice of the consumer, translating insights into actionable strategies
Drive innovation, from concept development to launch execution and post-launch evaluation
Lead omni-channel brand activations, ensuring impact across online and offline touchpoints
Accelerate ecommerce performance, optimizing the digital shelf and conversion
Manage campaign execution across paid, owned, and earned channels with a strong digital and social media focus
Shape and execute content strategies tailored to local channels and influencer platforms
Develop and deliver PR and influencer campaigns to boost visibility and engagement
Build strong partnerships with agencies to ensure best-in-class communication and execution
Optimize budget allocation and track performance KPIs to maximize ROI
University degree in business, marketing, or equivalent
2–3 years of brand marketing experience, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced consumer environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing and ecommerce
Commercially driven with a growth mindset and ability to operate autonomously
Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment with a proactive problem-solving approach
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and agencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluent in English
