What you’ll be doing

  • Be the go-to contact for our pharmacy and retail customers in the Nordics—resolving order-related questions and ensuring timely communication.
  • Monitor orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth, on-time deliveries.
  • Send order confirmations and manage inquiries with precision and speed.
  • Proactively communicate stock availability, delivery delays, and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and commercial teams to remove roadblocks and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Handle complex inquiries and escalations with a structured, customer-first approach.
  • Log and follow up on customer cases, supporting ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Support customer-specific processes including campaigns, promotional deliveries, and tailored reporting.
  • Share customer insights internally to help improve product availability and service levels.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain—ideally from a fast-moving, product-driven environment.

  • Comfortable navigating ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Navision, or similar).

  • Fluent in both English and Swedish.

  • Confident using Excel and Outlook as daily tools.

  • Previous experience in FMCG, healthcare, or pharma is a strong plus.

  • You’re structured, solutions-focused, and enjoy working with multiple stakeholders to deliver results.
