About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative execution across packaging, licensed product, and print-driven design. This role blends high-level brand design with deep technical expertise in print production, illustration, and surface/textile-inspired graphics.

This designer plays a critical role in translating brand identity and licensed IP into compelling, shelf-ready packaging and product graphics that are both visually elevated and production-feasible. The ideal candidate brings strong creative taste, advanced print knowledge, and the ability to design original artwork that differentiates products while meeting commercial and manufacturing constraints.

This is a senior-level position requiring ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and influence on overall creative quality standards.

What will be your responsibilities?

Packaging Design

  • Lead visual design for primary and secondary packaging across product lines.
  • Develop packaging systems that communicate product benefits, hierarchy, and brand story.
  • Create accurate mockups and presentations for internal, retail, and partner reviews.
  • Design with production realities in mind (materials, finishes, cost implications, dielines).

Licensing & IP Integration

  • Execute licensed artwork integrations in compliance with partner style guides and approval processes
  • Prepare and organize files according to licensor specifications
  • Ensure licensed product maintains brand cohesion and premium presentation
  • Support approval submissions and revisions with licensors

Illustration & Surface Graphics

  • Create original illustrations, prints, and graphic assets for packaging and product
  • Develop artwork that aligns with seasonal trends, color direction, and brand aesthetic
  • Ensure artwork is technically built for repeat, scale, and production requirements

Print Production & Technical Accuracy

  • Prepare final production files for vendors with a high level of precision
  • Manage color accuracy, spot colors, dielines, bleed, trapping, and finish callouts
  • Partner with vendors and production teams to ensure design integrity through manufacturing
  • Recommend finishes and print techniques that elevate the product within budget

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Development, Marketing, Licensing, and Sales teams
  • Present design rationale clearly, balancing creative vision with business and production needs
  • Proactively identify risks, constraints, and solutions early in the process

Creative Leadership

  • Mentor junior designers in packaging, print, and illustration best practices
  • Contribute to creative direction for launches, collections, and seasonal stories
  • Help improve design systems, templates, and workflows

What are we looking for in you?

  • 5–8+ years of graphic design experience, with significant focus on packaging design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, print, and licensed product work
  • Background in illustration, surface design, or textile-inspired graphics
  • Advanced knowledge of print production processes and file preparation
  • Experience working with licensed brands/IP and approval workflows
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with using AI tools responsibly
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and production limitations
  • Excellent visual hierarchy, typography, and color sensibility
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

About the Offer

  • Location: US
  • Type of Contract: Full-Time
  • Modality: Remote
  • A dynamic team
  • An open mind for new ideas
  • Growth… growth and some more growth!

Do you want to be part of our team? We look forward to your application!
