Title: CPT-10517 Senior Amazon Graphic Designer

Independent Contractor – Marketing VA / Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The Senior Amazon Graphic Designer will lead the design of high-converting Amazon content while creating off-channel marketing materials for multiple brands. The role requires fast execution, high-quality output, and strategic use of AI tools for content creation. This position offers creative freedom, multi-brand exposure, and potential growth into a leadership role.

The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Amazon Design (Primary Focus)

Create Amazon Gallery Images, Premium A+ modules, Brand Stories, and Storefronts for 8–12 brands monthly.
Design lifestyle imagery and infographics that communicate product benefits effectively.
Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Nano Banana, Sora, Photoshop Generative AI, ChatGPT/Claude) to generate on-brand visual concepts.
Ensure compliance with Amazon image requirements and optimize visuals for mobile-first viewing.

Off-Channel Design

Develop email campaigns, landing pages, and paid ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Adapt Amazon content strategies for other channels where appropriate.

AI-First Content Creation

Leverage AI tools to create conversion-optimized visuals aligned with brand guidelines.
Balance AI efficiency with brand authenticity and quality standards.
Continuously explore new AI tools to improve workflows and creative output.

Project Management

Manage multiple projects and brand pipelines independently.
Communicate project status, timelines, and delays clearly.
Adapt to shifting priorities and urgent tasks efficiently.

Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.

Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

Amazon Design Expertise

5+ years designing for Amazon, including Premium A+ Content, Brand Stories, and Storefronts.
Portfolio showcasing strategic brand storytelling and conversion-driven designs.
Knowledge of Amazon image requirements, mobile optimization, and Rufus AI evaluation.

Multi-Channel Design Experience

Experience with email marketing, landing pages, and paid ad creative.
Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
Ability to create cohesive brand experiences across Amazon and off-platform touchpoints.

AI Proficiency

Proficient in AI-assisted design and able to prompt AI tools for on-brand outputs.
Understand how to maintain brand integrity while using AI efficiently.

Communication & Independence

Fluent English (written and verbal).
Self-directed, organized, and proactive in problem-solving.
Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.

Technical Skills

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Working knowledge of Figma or similar collaboration tools.
Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, e-commerce UX, and conversion psychology.
Understanding of responsive web design and email design best practices.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Comfortable using AI tools to enhance creativity.
Able to manage multiple projects efficiently and independently.

Work Schedule

Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday (unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing)
Daily Working Time: Flexible, available during US morning hours for collaboration

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
