Associate/ Senior Associate, Data Management

Overview: -

Partnering with the Onsite Data Management Leadership team and helping them to implement the Data Warehouse solution within the KMK internal system.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Understanding business processes and leveraging data design expertise to properly design database and reporting solutions that improve efficiency over the long term.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining the Analytics data warehouse and MDM, leveraging data from across a variety of internal applications and data vendors.
  • Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.
  • Develops and deploys processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Utilize experience with- standard analytical, reporting and programming languages and their application (such as SQL, Alteryx, Informatica, Python, R, and Stored Procedure); data architecture, data integration/engineering, and business intelligence deployed in a complex environment; data and systems engineering concepts to effectively integrate and analyze data to develop actionable business information deliverables.
  • Driving the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.
  • Delivers data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.
  • Documents ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners.

Qualification: -

  • Professional work experience in Master Data Management, Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions) preferred.
  • Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
  • Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support the requirements.
  • High proficiency with the SQL language and database management
  • Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.

Education: -

Bachelor’s degree in computers/information systems and at least two years of related experience; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
