Position: Oncology Market Patient Analytics Expert – Pharma Commercial Analytics

We are seeking an accomplished professional with expertise in patient analytics, specializing in the Oncology Market. This role involves establishing and leading a capability center in India, working in close collaboration with onsite stakeholders to transition Advanced Analytics projects from the US to India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute advanced secondary data analytics projects to address diverse business challenges, including HCP and patient analysis, market dynamics, customer journey insights, and managed markets analytics.

  • Act as a bridge between stakeholders, understanding business requirements, conducting relevant analyses, and delivering actionable insights.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring complex analytics are translated into clear business strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Pharma Commercial Analytics with a minimum of 5 years in the Oncology Domain. Minimum of 3 years of team management experience.

Specializations:

  • Required - hands-on patient analytics leveraging claims and secondary market data.

  • Great to have – hands-on Marketing analytics experience such as Omnichannel, Next best action, marketing mix.

  • Great to have – AI/ML modeling using patient level data

Therapeutic Expertise:

  • Required at least two - Breast, Melanoma, Kidney, Pancreas, Head and Neck, Colon, blood cancer

  • Great to have – Autoimmune diseases, Rare diseases, Critical care

Data Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with data sources such as EHR, EMR, Biomarker testing, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, and Formulary.

  • Extensive experience with pharmaceutical datasets like IQVIA (LAAD, Xponent, PlanTrak, NPA, DDD, HCOS), and Symphony.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, or R (SQL, Python preferred).

Qualitative Attributes:

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage in executive leadership.
