IT SupportSpecialist (PHP-Python-jQuery-Linux-MySql):
We are looking for a highly capable IT support specialist to provide technical assistance to cross team. In this role, your duties will include Troubleshoot, debugging, and identifying root cause of any issue, crossteam support, managing production, and UAT deployment. Also provide KMK Tools training and Log bugs and enhancement requests in JIRA tools.
To ensure success as an IT support specialist, you should havegood knowledge of Excel, SQL, PHP, Python, jQuery, MongoDB, and Linux basic commands.
IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:
Work withcross team to support and fix production and UAT issues or queries.
Troubleshoot, debug, and identify root cause analysis of issues.
Provide technical assistance to cross teammembers.
Log bugs and enhancement requests in JIRAtool.
Providecross-team support.
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources.
Maintaining databases and ensuring system security.
Keep proper documentation of deployments and releases.
The preferred candidate must have work experience in PHP, Python, and jQuery.
IT Support Specialist Requirements:
Knowledge of SQL (preferable experience with MySQL)
Good knowledge of Excel.
Good knowledge of JSON.
Knowledge of programming languages(e.g.Python, PHP, Javascript/jQuery)is a plus
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
Linux Shell/Ubuntu/AWS experience is a plus.
Experience with Apache web server configuration is a plus
Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and deployment procedures
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Great attention to detail and analytical mind
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Good to have skills:
Having experience with AWS services likeEC2, S3 instances etc.
Experience with CI/CD tools
Understanding of Docker
