Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret patient-level claims data to uncover actionable insights for pharma clients.
- Support the development of patient journey analysis, market landscape, treatment overview, adherence studies, and other patient-centric analytics solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define business requirements and translate them into analytical frameworks.
- Ensure quality control and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members on analytics techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Data Science).
- 3+ years of experience in US Pharma consulting, with a focus on patient analytics and claims data.
- Proficiency in Tableau for creating insightful dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings effectively to clients.
- Good to Have: Familiarity with Dataiku for data preparation and machine learning workflows.
