The Marketing team also support initiatives within LEAP Leads, our B2B integration with LEAP that connects LawConnect users to lawyers within the LEAP ecosystem giving legal professionals access to new business opportunities and tools to serve clients more efficiently.

Together, these products aim to reshape both how legal help is accessed by the public, and how lawyers connect with new clients.

What you’ll do

You’ll partner with the Head of Global Marketing and the wider Marketing and Development Team to manage and optimise our paid digital channels while driving growth through advanced paid advertising strategies. As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating impactful campaigns that boost online visibility and deliver ROI. LawConnect’s name in the LegalTech market has already achieved so much in a short space of time - you’ll have solid foundation to work with and a serious impact on where this AI product goes next.

To make this happen, you will:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.).

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance to ensure alignment with KPIs and budgets.

  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to maximise conversions.

  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling ad copy and visuals.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and platform updates to identify new growth opportunities.

  • Track, analyse, and report on paid performance, providing actionable insights to improve traffic and conversions.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Work closely with the SEO & Growth Manager to optimise both paid and organic results.

  • Regularly present performance updates to the Head of Global Marketing.

What you’ll bring

  • 6-8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media.

  • Proven experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

  • Proficiency in paid platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush, TikTok etc.

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
