Our products help law firms with Document Assembly and Management, Practice Management, Legal Accounting, Legal Publishing, and Client Collaboration. Our specific products include By Lawyers, BundlePro, Fileman, WealthCounsel, ElderCounsel, and DivorceMate.

Founded in 1992, we serve over 71,000 legal professionals in 6 countries. We have helped over 8,000 law firms transition to modern practice management and offer more than 50,000 automated, up-to-date legal forms and precedents. Our teams, such as LEAP Dev, develop solutions across AWS environments, while SOS manages Kubernetes-based platforms in the UK, Ireland, and Australia. The Pathways team develops our AI capabilities.
