Job description

Position Summary

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for guiding new and existing clients through the entire implementation lifecycle of the Bridge LMS platform. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong client-facing communication to ensure a smooth transition and successful integration tailored to each client’s unique organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Consulting

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct needs analysis and discovery sessions to understand client goals, business processes, and technical requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices on configuring Bridge LMS features (e.g., courses, groups, roles, reporting) to align with client strategies.
  • Manage client expectations and project scope throughout the implementation.

Training and Handoff

  • Develop and deliver tailored training sessions for client administrators and end-users.
  • Create comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides and process workflows, to support the client’s long-term use of the system.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of the client account to the Account Management and Support teams post-implementation.

Project Management

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for multiple simultaneous implementations.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide timely updates on progress, risks, and challenges to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Document all implementation activities, decisions, and configurations in the internal tracking system of Harvest.

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing Learning Management Systems (LMS), HRIS, or similar enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage scope, timeline, and client expectations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
