We’re looking for a highly motivated, positive, and animal-loving Pet Specialist to help deliver an amazing customer experience ,and drive customer loyalty.
As part of the Pet claims experience team you’ll ensure an efficient, surprisingly delightful, and solution-driven experience for our customers by answering claim questions and educating on claim outcomes in a clear and concise manner.

In this role you’ll
Flex your creativity by adapting your support style to meet each customer’s unique needs in a wide variety of situations
Build customer confidence in our brand by showcasing deep knowledge of our pet insurance offering
Identify and communicate critical pain points of our customer user experience, with a solution-oriented mindset
Interact closely with our Claims Advocates to resolve open claims quickly
Bring our values to life through your interactions, while building community across our teams and the company as a whole
What you’ll need
Prior employment in veterinary medicine (small animal) or pet health insurance
Experience using a customer-centric approach to de-escalate and problem solve
Ability to work across multiple support channels, depending on business needs
Empathy, patience, and a passion for outstanding customer experiences and education
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and programs at once (experience with Zendesk and Talkdesk, an advantage)

Lemonade’s US base salary range for this full-time position is $22.12-$24.03 per hour, plus equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
