Job Description
Assist in preparing detailed CAD drawings
Use CAD software for technical drawings
Maintain organized drawing files and file directories as per company policy
Collaborate with surveyors to integrate data
Perform quality control checks
Engage in continuous learning
Drawing work will be primarily focused on creating new drawings rather than updating or maintaining existing files, applying specific company processes to existing architectural plans
Handle projects involving subdivision of buildings, working with existing architectural plans to create boundary lines and extract areas for authority submissions during both pre-construction and post-completion phases
At least 0–2 years of experience in CAD drafting (open to candidates with no experience as long as they are proficient in AutoCAD)
Diploma or Certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Surveying, or related field
Experience working in the Construction or Surveying industry
Technical proficiency in CAD software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to interpret survey data
Strong organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Arabic and other languages are advantageous but not required
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Knowledge of Revit or Civil 3D is advantageous but not required
Knowledge of GIS systems, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator is a bonus but not mandatory
Ability to work under supervision
Strong teamwork skills.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM UAE time (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM Manila time). The candidate may be required to start earlier or work overtime depending on workload.
