Working closely with international universities and education providers gives them unrivalled reach within the 18–25-year-old demographic living in Sydney.
They provide end-to-end services to conceptualise, market, and execute events, and have produced tours for international talent, festivals, and large-scale corporate events. They also offer distribution and promotional services to businesses seeking exposure to their core audience. Over the years, they have been behind some of Sydney’s biggest parties and currently produce the city’s largest weekly event, “ivy Thursdays.”
This is an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketer to join a dynamic and fast-growing event and marketing team in Sydney.

Duties and Responsibilities
Build and manage paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, and more if you know your stuff)
Manage multiple ad accounts across various events and brands
Monitor performance, optimise budgets, and scale winning creatives
Work closely with the creative team to brief and iterate on ad content
Set up retargeting, lookalikes, custom audiences, and lead-gen funnels
Test copy, placements, and CTAs to find what converts — quickly
Report clearly on what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do next
Proven experience managing paid ads across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
Strong understanding of conversion goals, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and related metrics
Confident in building and scaling multi-phase campaigns
Ability to create reports and dashboards (experience with Looker Studio is a plus) and derive actionable insights from data
Fast turnaround time and clear communication skills
Familiarity with youth culture, nightlife, and event audiences is a strong advantage
