Who You Are:
You are an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in manufacturing environments. You bring deep knowledge of agile frameworks and have a track record of enabling teams to deliver high-quality software or system solutions. Ideally, you have experience in or around Monterrey, Mexico, and have worked within the automotive supply chain – a big plus.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure clear backlog prioritization and effective delivery.
- Identify and remove impediments that slow down team progress.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive high team performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience working in or knowledge of the automotive supply chain is a strong plus.
- Based in or near Monterrey, Mexico.
