About the Role
The chosen candidate must be able to speak Czech, and be based in Prague and have the relevant working permit.

The ideal candidate have provable experience with agile methodology and agile teams, be skilled in motivating and coordinating teams as well as guiding them through complex projects. Have the ability to thrive in situations with high level of ambiguity and able to influence and educate non digital staff on technical projects and process ensuring they understand the benefit.
Above all you will be flexible and adaptable, able to build autonomous and entrepreneurial teams who exceed expectations.
Working as part of the Digital Transformation Team; helping take one of the world’s leading travel company’s digital efforts to the next level
Responsibilities:
Understand Product “Why” and “Value proposition” and align team about the same
Orchestrate delivery of custom build apps – mobile app & partner portals
Manage agile ceremonies and train best practices
Improve team agile development capabilities and monitor progress
Know individual team members’ motivations and help people grow and remove impediments
Cooperate with Product Owner, UX designer, and Rollout specialist colleagues
Cooperate with QA and Release manager
Requirements
Requirements:
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Must have the correct working permit
Must be able to speak Fluent Czech and English
Prioritisation and time management skills
1 – 2 years of relevant work experience (Scrum Master)
Proficient written and verbal English (C1)
Genuine interest about people – needs and motivations
Following principles not tools or framework
