Position Overview

We are looking for an exceptional Social Media Specialist who blends creative vision with strategic execution. This role calls for someone who not only lives and breathes social platforms but understands their evolving role within the broader content marketing and SEO ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for developing scroll-stopping content, executing innovative campaigns, and integrating social strategy with performance-focused objectives. This is an opportunity to drive impact across multiple B2B industries and bring bold ideas to life through storytelling, design, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy: Lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. Craft compelling, brand-aligned messaging that supports SEO objectives and complements inbound campaigns. Collaborate across all departments to ensure consistency and elevate campaign performance through integrated content planning.

Visual Design & Video Production: Create visually engaging content that resonates—ranging from branded graphics and carousels and reels. Apply brand guidelines with precision while innovating on format and creative execution.

Innovation & Management: Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and algorithms to keep client brands at the forefront of digital innovation. Manage publishing, engagement, and online reputation through platforms like Hootsuite or SEMrush, ensuring real-time responsiveness and brand consistency.

Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted partner to clients by working closly with the Account Managers to translating client goals into strategic content plans and creative deliverables. Present ideas, gather feedback, and demonstrate value through clear communication and thoughtful execution.

Data-Driven Optimization: Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting. Use data to test, refine, and scale content that drives engagement, reach, and conversion across channels.

Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within a fast-paced agency setting. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in content creation, graphic design, and video editing. Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva or equivalents. Deep understanding of platform dynamics and audience behavior, particularly within B2B environments. Ability to align social media efforts with broader SEO and content marketing strategies. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Proven experience growing, managing, and optimizing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Familiarity with CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot. Understanding of SEO principles and how social content can amplify search visibility. Experience with paid social media advertising across LinkedIn, Meta, or TikTok. Working knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
