About the Role
We’re searching for a highly capable Software Engineer specializing in React who is curious, driven, and also passionate about architecting and delivering high-quality, impactful software. You’ll be a pivotal player in evolving our Mendix Microflow editor, designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that make complex microflows intuitive, delightful, and scalable for our global customer base. - Fluent in TypeScript/React: You deeply understand hooks, context API, state management patterns, and how to architect scalable, performant, and maintainable React applications. You leverage TypeScript to build robust, error-resistant codebases that stand the test of time.

- Testing Enthusiast: You believe in the power of comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and E2E) to ensure quality and prevent regressions, with hands-on experience using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- AI-Aware: You have a foundational understanding of AI principles and tooling, recognizing how AI/ML can enhance user experiences or optimize development workflows. You’re eager to explore and integrate intelligent solutions responsibly.
