We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As CFO, you will become the driving force behind MGID’s financial evolution — a strategic partner to the CEO and Board shaping our next stage of global growth. You’ll lead with both precision and vision, ensuring that our expansion across markets is underpinned by strong financial architecture, operational excellence, and data-driven decisions. What You Will Do:
Financial Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute MGID’s financial strategy aligned with business goals and global expansion.
Act as a business partner to the CEO and product leaders, transforming financial analytics into concrete actions — changes in revenue mix, cost structure, and capitalization.
Ensure sustainable operational profitability through effective resource management and financial modeling.
Ensure financial stability, profitability, and predictability through planning, analysis, and control systems.
Promote a data-driven decision-making culture — analytics, forecasting, scenario planning, and investment strategy.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Manage the full cycle of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and control over deviations.
Use financial data to identify margin growth opportunities and improve business-line profitability.
Ensure consolidated group reporting in accordance with IFRS standards.
Treasury, Cash Flow & Capital Management
Manage global cash flows to ensure profitability and predictability by implementing effective planning, reporting, and control systems across all regions ( EU, USA, LATAM, APAC).
Optimize the structure of payment systems, PSPs, and banking partners across jurisdictions.
Compliance, Financial Reporting & Risk Management
Oversee treasury and capital management, maintaining liquidity, optimizing global cash flow, and effectively allocating resources.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, KYC, AML, and international tax regulations.
Strengthen MGID’s financial architecture across EU, USA, LATAM, and APAC, ensuring transparency and structural efficiency.
Provide consolidated financial statements for the group in accordance with IFRS.
Build forecasting and performance measurement systems to identify financial risks and growth opportunities.
Manage financial and tax risks, developing systems for their continuous monitoring.
Requirements
Who are you:
10+ years of experience in finance, audit, or investment, including leadership in multi-jurisdiction financial structures (800+).
Experience as CFO or Head of Finance in a digital product, AdTech, or media environment.
Deep knowledge of IFRS, management accounting, tax planning, and cross-border finance. IFRS, DipIFR, and/or CIMA or ACCA certification required.
Practical experience working with Big4, PSPs, banks, investors, and auditors.
Strong ability to build financial models, forecast cash flow, and analyze key financial metrics (EBITDA, ROE, ROI).
Proven track record of driving sustainable margin growth and optimizing financial performance through strategic planning, cost structure optimization, and revenue diversification.
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or MBA preferred.
Fluent in English and Ukrainian (business proficiency).
