Position Description:
Motus is a company made up of very dedicated people. As a Senior Product Manager at Motus, you will work with the agile development team to deliver new user experiences. You will be responsible for handling stakeholder inputs, product planning, and delivery of the product. Position Duties:
- Develop the product vision and roadmap for a variety of products that accomplish the goal of the vision
- Collect, synthesize, and analyze customer and market feedback to qualify and define market problems
- Align senior-level collaborators around the vision for multiple products
- Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses
- Understand and represent user needs in the product design process
- Align internal team members around the direction for various products
- Prioritize more than one product features and capabilities
- Collect and interpret customer feedback
- Define and track success metrics concerning a range of products
- Develop positioning for a selection of products and future iterations
- Present market insights to the Product team and other departments within the organization
- Recommend or contribute information in setting product pricing
- Develop the business case for new products, improvements to existing products, and business ventures
- Create and coach on Product Management standard processes
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience showing demonstrable skills as a Product Manager in an Agile environment required
- Demonstrated success leading new B2B SaaS products
- Deep understanding of Agile Development, formal agile methodologies, disciplines, and standard processes
- Shown strategic decision-making and technical proficiency skills
- Experience building and leading data-driven products preferred
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals in a collaborative manner
- Experience running several projects and tasks
- Outstanding organizational skills
Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $155,000K - $170,000K. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
