We are a 5th-generation, family-owned wine and spirits importer, distributor, bottler, and national supplier. Founded in Boston in 1933, we supply retail stores, restaurants, and hotels.

We directly distribute wines and spirits in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. We also have brokerage operations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. We supply domestic and international wine and spirit brands nationally through a network of brokers and wholesalers. We also act as marketing agents for suppliers in all New England states and sell our own spirit brands in 42 states. We import national brands as an Agency Importer and bring in various wine brands from around the world.

Our facilities include our corporate headquarters and a forward distribution facility in Norwood, MA, along with a production and bottling facility in Boston, MA. We’ve grown through acquisitions, including Overbrook Egg Nog Company, Seacoast Distillers, Grapevine Distributors / S.S. Pierce, Caldwell’s, Global Horizon Rhode Island Distributorship, multiple spirit brands from White Rock Distilleries, and John L. Sullivan Irish Whiskey. We founded MSW NY & NJ in 2013 and acquired Winebow Massachusetts and Winebow Rhode Island in 2019, renaming the Massachusetts operation as Boston Wine Company.
