Job description
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst with strong experience in performance-based online marketing to join our Business Analytics team. While the role is organizationally part of the Business Analytics group, the day-to-day priorities, projects, and success metrics will be defined and led by the Marketing team, working closely with the CMO and senior marketing stakeholders.
This role is critical in shaping marketing strategy through advanced analytics, experimentation, and deep performance insights across paid, organic, and owned digital channels.
What youโll do
Marketing Performance Analysis
- Analyze and monitor performance across paid digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, affiliates, influencers, and additional channels as applicable), Email Marketing, and organic/SEO traffic.
- Track and evaluate ROI, LTV, CAC, conversion funnels, cohort behavior, and attribution models.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities to optimize spend and performance.
- Monitor and provide real time updates and analysis when significant changes occur in any funnels, channels, geos.
Strategic Insights & Decision Making Support
- Partner closely with the CMO and marketing leaders to support strategic planning, budget allocation, and scaling decisions.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support go-to-market initiatives, campaign launches, and international expansion efforts with data-driven insights.
Experimentation & Optimization
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and marketing experiments across channels and user journeys.
- Evaluate incrementality, lift, and causal impact of marketing activities.
- Continuously refine KPIs and measurement frameworks in line with evolving marketing goals.
Reporting & Data Infrastructure
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports for marketing leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across marketing analytics outputs.
- Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to improve tracking, attribution, and data availability.
What you bring
Professional Experience
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing analysis, or growth analytics.
- Hands-on experience working with performance-based online marketing data.
- Proven ability to support decision-making in high-scale, data-driven marketing environments.
Technical Skills
- Strong SQL skills; experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with analytics and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of digital marketing measurement concepts: attribution, funnels, cohorts, LTV modeling, incrementality etc.
- Experience working with data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, ImpactRadius, or similar (directly or via data pipelines).
Soft Skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect data to marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a matrix organization.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
Advantages
