About the project

As a Marketo Specialist,you will be a key player in our digital transformation, helping us implement modern B2B frameworks,such as Buying Groups. This is an ideal position for someone who is technically independent but eager to grow; we are looking for a specialist who is ready to learn and expand their skills into the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

How you’ll contribute

✅Own the end-to-end setup of Marketo programs, including smart campaigns, segmentations, and asset management.

✅Work closely with the data team to handle filtering, purging, and the optimization of data moving in and out of Marketo.

✅Apply an understanding of Buying Groups and B2B account dynamics to ensure the tool reflects the client’s business transformation.

✅Maintain and optimize webhooks and CRM syncs to ensure a seamless flow of information across the stack.

✅Proactively learn and adopt new technologies within the Adobe ecosystem, specifically focusing on AEP and CJA.

This would make you the ideal candidate

✨Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

✨7+  Years of hands-on Marketo Engage administration experience in a B2B enterprise environment.

✨Proven track record managing enterprise-level Marketo.

✨Experience with Marketo custom as well as OOB integration and bi-directional sync management.

✨Demonstrated expertisein integrating Marketo with Adobe Experience Cloud, social platforms, event platforms, and lead capture applications.

✨Experience working in cross-functional MarTech teams with Product Owners, Business Architects, and technical stakeholders.

✨Track record of implementing governance frameworks and ensuring regulatory compliance (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).

✨Background in marketing automation/operations, campaign execution, and platform optimization.

✨Expert-level proficiency in Marketo Engage (Smart Campaigns, Email 2.0, Dynamic Content, Tokens, Snippets, Segmentations, Velocity Scripting is a plus.

✨CRM knowledge, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and campaign member management.

✨HTML/CSS proficiency for email template and landing page customization.

✨Understanding of JavaScript for advanced tracking, form behaviors, and API integrations.

✨Experience with API integrations, webhook configurations, and RESTful services.

✨Familiarity with SQL or database query languages for data analysis.

✨Proficiency in data integration patterns and ETL concepts.

✨Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem and understanding of Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.

✨MarTech Stack & Integration Expertise.

✨General understanding of MarTech stack architecture and system interoperability.

✨Experience integrating Marketo with social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc), event platforms & webinar tools (Zoom, ON24, Webex, etc).

✨Knowledge of marketing data flows across CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other MarTech tools/platforms.

✨Understanding of lead capture applications, form builders, and landing page platforms.

✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
