About the project

As a Staff Android Engineer,you will lead the design, development, and evolution of our Android applications. This is a senior technical leadership role where you’ll drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and partner cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable mobile experiences.

How you’ll contribute

✅Design and development of complex Android applications at scale.

✅Define and enforce best practices for Android development, including code quality, testing, and performance.

✅Write and promote robust automated tests (unit, integration, and UI) to ensure high reliability and maintainability.

✅Collaborate closely with product, design, backend, and platform teams to deliver impactful features.

✅Mentor and grow other engineers through code reviews, design guidance, and technical leadership.

✅Drive technical strategy and influence long-term roadmap decisions.

✅Improve app performance, reliability, and maintainability.

✅Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and technologies where appropriate.

This would make you the ideal candidate

✨Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

✨8+ Years of professional software engineering experience, with deep expertise in Android development.

✨8+ Years of experience working with Kotlin.

✨6+ Years of experience working with Jetpack Compose in production.

✨Experience with Dagger (dependency injection framework).

✨Experience building and maintaining large-scale, production Android applications.

✨Deep understanding of Android architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture).

✨Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Espresso, Mockito, Compose testing).

✨Experience with modern Android tools and libraries (Jetpack, Compose, Coroutines, Flow).

✨Strong knowledge of app performance optimization, debugging, and testing strategies.

✨Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering direction.

✨ Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
