We founded NeoWork in 2017 as a remote-first global staffing and operations partner. We provide offshoring, nearshoring, and outsourcing solutions, helping clients hire global talent and scale operations. We specialize in working with early-stage startups to define and build operations processes.

We offer services à la carte, providing individual contributors for client teams or building flexible managed service teams. Our offerings include operations partnership, product development, web development, search engine optimization, custom animation, graphic design, and paid search. We also provide specialized support in areas like marketing and sales automation, ERP environment support, enterprise integrations (MuleSoft, Salesforce), legal intake and client communications, virtual medical assistance, and social media management.

We serve various industries, including technology, information and internet, healthcare, logistics, media, gaming, and e-commerce. We use tools such as Salesforce, Gorgias, Zendesk, Dialpad, Hubspot, Front, Aircall, Google Sheets, Slack, and Highlevel. We hire 3.2% of interviewed candidates and have a 91% employee retention rate.
