Job Description
NeoWork is seeking a Back-Office Specialist to join the team supporting a US-based law firm’s litigation and case management practice. In this role, you will provide behind-the-scenes administrative support to keep internal workflows, documentation, and scheduling running smoothly — allowing attorneys and intake teams to focus on their core work.
This is a fully remote, non-client-facing position. You will manage calendars, track legal deadlines, handle document organization, and ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time. The role is best suited for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven environments and takes genuine pride in precision and organization.
If you have a background in legal or administrative support, a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy owning your tasks independently, this is the role for you.
