NeoWork is seeking a hands-on, execution-first B2B Growth Marketing Manager to drive day-to-day marketing operations for a scaling healthcare logistics platform. We are a HIPAA-compliant service operating across Virginia and expanding nationally, serving pharmacies, hospital systems, and labs that require high-urgency, compliant logistics partners. We are not a startup finding our footing; we are an established operator building a modern healthcare logistics platform, and we need a marketing function that matches that ambition.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across SEO, content, HubSpot lifecycle flows, and website optimization. Working directly with the CEO and a Fractional CMO, you will translate high-level strategy into structured, high-output campaigns that drive engagement, qualified leads, and pipeline.This is a “builder” roleβyou will own and produce the work yourself rather than managing vendors or delegating tasks. You will be responsible for building vertical-specific Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plays, managing multi-touch nurture sequences in HubSpot, and crafting narrative-driven content using the StoryBrand framework. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, results-driven operator who can open HubSpot in the morning and close it with tangible output.
Responsibilities
Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Build and execute vertical-specific campaigns targeting hospital systems, pharmacy groups, and labs.
SEO Optimization: Execute on-page SEO, produce blog posts from keyword briefs, and audit existing content to improve rankings.
Content & Messaging: Write B2B content using the StoryBrand framework, positioning the prospect as the hero and the company as the guide.
CRO & Lead Nurturing: Build and optimize landing pages and manage multi-touch nurture sequences and lead scoring in HubSpot.
LinkedIn & Email: Own the organic LinkedIn presence and manage all outbound lifecycle email and newsletters in HubSpot.
Experience: 5β8 years of dedicated B2B marketing experience; please note that B2C or e-commerce experience does not transfer to this role.
HubSpot Proficiency: Mandatory hands-on expertise with HubSpot workflows, sequences, lead scoring, lists, and reporting.
ABM Execution: Proven experience building and executing vertical-specific ABM campaigns, including sourcing and segmenting target account lists.
Content & SEO: Strong SEO fundamentals and the ability to write high-quality English copy for C-suite healthcare buyers.
Frameworks: Familiarity with the StoryBrand framework or an equivalent narrative-driven messaging methodology.
Technical Skills: Ability to build and optimize landing pages, manage LinkedIn outreach sequences, and execute lead-scoring models based on intent signals.
Work Style: Must be a self-sufficient, proactive operator comfortable working independently with asynchronous direction.
