Job Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Enterprise Applications Engineer (Salesforce) to support and enhance a complex enterprise Salesforce environment. This role is delivery-oriented and focused on clearing operational backlog, stabilizing core workflows, and executing enhancements across business-critical systems.
You’ll work closely with U.S.-based business and IT teams and are expected to operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
What You’ll Do
Own day-to-day Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
Build and maintain Flows, automations, reports, and dashboards
Support business-critical workflows and resolve production issues
Collaborate on integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
Help reduce backlog and improve system stability and performance
Strong, hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin + development exposure)
Experience supporting production Salesforce environments
Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows
Ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot issues, and deliver with minimal oversight
Clear communicator comfortable working with business stakeholders

This is a 100% home-based position
